Research Description: 

One research focus of my lab is kidney diseases including obesity/diabetes associated renal complications, ischemia-reperfusion induced acute kidney disease and aging-related kidney dysfunction. Other research focus includes mechanisms of obesity-associated inflammation and insulin resistance.
